The theme for camp this year is "Time Warp". Be sure to check back here on our site often for news and information about Eastern Skies District's Twilight Camp.
Twilight Camp is June 9-13 this year. Camp has moved to Paschall Park this year!
We hope you will come out and join the fun!
While filling out the online registration form, it will keep track of the fees you incur for camp, and if you add an extra Tshirts. When you are finished filling out the form, pressing the Submit button will register you for camp. Your registration is not complete until you submit the required health forms/shot records/youth protection training/money. Whatever is required for your registration.
All campers and staff that turn in their registration, required forms, and fees on or before May 10th will receive a hand made neckerchief slide. Bill Hayden does the wood working part, and Christi makes them come alive when she paints them.
Campers will recieve their age appropriate slide (Webelos get a lion. Lion used to be a Cub Scout rank prior to Webelos). Staff members get their choice. Slides will be handed out at the closing campfire.
Please take advantage of this promotion. Getting the paperwork near the camp start date makes it very hard on the staff to get it all organized and filed properly.
Cub Scout Campers and children of staff members are eligible to attend camp. We do not have the capacity, nor the state licensing requirements to allow siblings to attend camp. To register your camper:
If you are an adult (over 18 years old) and will be attending camp for more than a couple of hours you must register as an adult volunteer. Please note that other than Tiger Cub partners, we don't allow moms and dads to tag along with their son during camp. If you register as an adult leader, we will find a job for you to do. To registier for camp:
We would like to thank the following local businesses for sponsoring our camp.
Whataburger very generously is providing each camper with a backpack this year. Thank you Whataburger!
Mesquite Restaurant Supply is supplying the ice for our camp.
We are closing in on that time of year again, Twilight Camp! This year’s theme is Time Warp. We have an exciting program planned that includes a belt loop bonanza, Webelos Activity pin program and Trail to First Class. And let’s not forget last year’s favorite…..waterslide! Also being introduced for the first time – PAINTBALL!
Some of the areas include:
We are looking for a commitment to fill our adult staff positions. The benefit of volunteering early is getting the “fun” job before it is filled! As always, two deep leadership is required at all times! We will be conducting a Twilight Camp Kick-off/training event March 29, 2014 at Northside Baptist Church from 9:00 – 12:00 (breakfast will be served). There will be a program overview as well as Youth Protection Face to Face training.
Please contact the camp Program Directory, Jim Allen to volunteer.
